Feel the Edo Era

My son, my wife and I wnet to Nikko in two days.

Our plan was to visit Edo Wonderland and Nikko Toshogu, Kegon Falls and stay Kinugawa Onsen.

One of the most impressed plase was EDO WONDERLAND.
It is like a small city with houses built like the Edo era and the workers there are all dressed like people from that era. They are saying old style phrases, like "Irasshaimashi(May I help you?)" in stead of "Irasshaimase". The atomosphire is amazing.

We enjoyed Show which is played in a square of main street. It was very excited real actors astonishing action.
Next, we visited historical exivits which are famous in Japanese people through plays or dramas. Actually, some of them are not depnded historical facts.
Then, we wnet to the theater show. That was a comedy, populra theatrical. The name of it is 彦佐と一心太助, Hikoza and Isshin Tasuke. Hikoza is Okubo Hikozaeamon, he is famous for serving Tokugawa shogun for three generations. Isshin Tasuke is an imaginealy character. He appears many Edo era dramas. The story line is Hikoza asks Tasuke to act as the double of Iemitsu, the third shogun. Iemitsu comes to Tasuke's home a few days.　Funny thighs are going.

There are more funny place in this park.　If you want to feel old style Japan, I recomend this place to visit.
